Security Flaw In QuickTime Media Player

A fix has been issued for a serious security flaw in the QuickTime software used to watch online media files.
Apple released the fix for their popular media player tool on Tuesday. The vulnerability has enabled hackers to create exploit code that can attack users' PCs.
Apple has released a fix for Mac OS X users of QuickTime on its web site to protect against this vulnerability.
Windows users should make sure they have the current 7.1.3 version of QuickTime and download the next Windows version as soon as it is available.
