Windows Vienna

Sunday 22 January 2006

The next operating system from Microsoft after Windows Vista is to be named Windows Vienna.

It is thought Vienna may include some of the features that were originally promised for Vista that have since been removed.

Windows Vista is due in the second half of 2006 and is the first version of Windows since XP was released in 2001. Vista promises to have improved features such as better security, tools, navigation, search and a new graphics engine.
