Vista And Office Delayed Until 2007

Sunday 26 March 2006

Microsoft has delayed the launch of its new operating system Windows Vista and Office software suite until January 2007.

It is believed Microsoft is delaying the release in order to improve the security of the products. By holding back the release of Office until Vista is available, this will also allow Microsoft to market their new operating system and software suite at the same time.

However the new version 7 of Internet Explorer is still believed to be on track for release for Windows XP before the end of 2006.
