Hurricane Katrina Scam E-mails

Hurricane Katrina has become the latest disaster to inspire a new wave of scam e-mails.

Appearing as promises of breaking news reports or help to victims, these e-mails include web links that take you to bogus websites that try to infect your PC with a virus.

As always, you should be careful when opening e-mails and attachments especially if you do not recognise the sender.
