i have the blasterworm and ive tryed everything to get rid ov it plzzzz help,ive been on loads ov websites for information u name it ive tryed it all and nothing worked.

I've summarised the instructions on that page for you below:

Step 1 - stop your system shutting down

To end the Blaster worm process:

1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys together
2. You should now see the Task Manager window, if not click the Task Manager button.
3. Click the Processes tab.
4. Click the Image Name column header to sort the processes alphabetically by name.
5. Look for a process named Msblast.exe. If you find it, click the name to select the process, and then click the End Process button.
6. Close the Task Manager.

Step 2 - Protect your PC

To prevent this and other viruses from infecting your PC again you need :

1 - All the critical/security Windows Updates available for your computer http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
2 - A Firewall program (the free ZoneAlarm is recommended)
3 - A Virus checker (if you don't already have one, you can use the free AVG)

Step 3 - Remove the Worm

Use the Blaster removal tool to completely remove the worm from your computer. There are two ways to get this tool:

Either: Visit Windows Update and install critical update 833330 if it is listed as available http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
Or: Download the update directly from the Microsoft Download Center and install it http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=e70a0d8b-fe98-493f-ad76-bf673a38b4cf
